hey sohan, it is gr8 u starting build ur body but it's not easy dear, u should do work hard n regularly is very important in starting pls only use machine do not use hard work like high weight lifting etc. n comparison to other part concentrate more on ur chest n back becoz it is though to make cuts of this part n warm up is also very important n if u hv any problm abt this topic u can mail me at kamalkamal0123@gmail.com enjoy ur self
i advice you to take high protein diet, watch some body building videos but above all for best results try to work out in a good gym with a professional instructor instead of doing at home.
And thats what's special about it, it's not easy. If it was easy, everybody would be doing it and it would be boring. As for me though, I'm not entirely into the bodybuilding scene...I just lift weights, to lift weights.
lol Thanks. But I am not posting pics of my biceps. I'm done with lifting weights for the summer. Summers are just too busy to make it to the gym. I need a 24hr gym in my town.
yea I hear ya on that lol. Too busy during the day time so I'm a night owl myself. Most nights I'm hitting my workout sessions past midnight or so, sometimes even later. That's why its a good thing I have my own weight equipment at home, don't have to worry about getting to the gym on time. :]
Yep. And working out late at night isn't the best for your metabolism (from what I am told...) But I figure that it's still better than nothing. I often go out and run at midnight, and I love to be outside at night, but since I am a girl, it would be nice to have someone to run with.... It's a pretty safe town/neighborhood, but still....

Yea no matter how safe a neighborhood may seem, it's always beneficial to have a running partner...Especially during the evening hours. Hasn't helped anyone? Body building is great. But don't get to muscular like Arnold or Stallone. Girls don't like that. Some girls may like it, but only stupid or maniac girls. You will never find smart woman when your muscle is bigger than your brain.. LOL LOL LOL

Last I checked, Arnold and Stallone weren't short of women. Saying that only stupid girls like muscle is like saying only stupid guys like girls with good figures... it's irrelevant.
