Nowhere but here I can find the right answer !

If you have a domain name that contents the key phrase for example :
    search - baby names = babynames.com
Does that mean that you will be on the first place of google search results ?

not necessary if u dont work with good seo techniques so u might lose that SERP
but in general the answer is yes the TLD is the first term in google search so if u are seraching for baby names so it most be babynames.com
in second will be the subdomain name as in anythingbaby.com/baby-names.html
with good Title and meta description u will be the first on google result for sure

No! Everything depends on the number & quality of your backlinks.
A keyword in the domain name could help but in the long run it makes no difference at all.
