    Any comments? I'm searching for some more colorful theme, recommend me one if you have one :p

    You should leave "Random Science" as the large font, but make the "Science Facts, Science Knowledge, Science Trivia Everyday!" smaller and maybe below "Random Science" .. like this

    Random Science (Big Font)
    Science Facts, Science Knowledge, Science Trivia Everyday! (Smaller font)

    Done, I did that was because to get certain keywords up for SEO purpose. Now I've changed the template but remain the <title></title> having the keywords needed for SEO. :D

    What I like about the site design is that it is fluid. I have a 22" screen so many sites look too small, especially the 800 by 600px sites are to small. Because your site is fluid it strech out to full screen and I like that. My own blog also is fluid, in my opinion it has a benefit over fixed sites, but the problem can be that things grow out proportions so watch out for that. Then you can put in you css sheet to have a maximum width to solve that of course.

    The dark and red characters are hard to read on
    the blue background, and the people with monochrome
    monitors would not be able to read your site at all.

    You should search www.google.com
    for the web safe color combinations

    The layout and design looks good but I think you could do more with the header, you should
    get a more professional logo and you should consider adding some graphics into the header.
