Facebook and Pagerank

Hi Everyone,

Here's a question:

My Facebook profile page is a PR6. It is not indexed in Google and when you try to access the page while not logged in it will give you a Javascript redirect...

So how in the world can it be a PR6?

 

No idea lol, but Facebook is no follow as well.

 

Probably it comes from people viewing the profile with Google Toolbar installed? I have no idea.

Also all Gmail inboxes have a page rank of 8. Where did it come from, since there is nowhere a direct link to them and guests can't see them? So I guess that Google toolbar is the most logical explanation.

 

Why do you care about your facebook profile PR ?

 

i don't really use facebook other wise i will check the url, but it should be a general page with parameters in the URL... so it's a dynamic URL for your profile and the PR is really for the pagename only.

 

Not for you but so many members are having pr 6, 5 and 4 on their profile page.

 

The PR does not really Matter much except for the show Off factor when it comes to social networking sites. also Facebook has no follow tag.
