I knew the waving webcam idea would come back to haunt me... I'm not sure what to say about those two, they're kind of as little disturbing.
Hecky, I can't tell the difference? DrDesigner, that's better. For everyone, as well as the video element, which most people have opted for the webcam idea, I would like to somehow get across the idea of talking or chatting as well as the video motif. dimitri123's still does that the best so far.
Just wondering, was the waving camera idea that bad? Because I thought it was you who gave that idea..?
cottonStella, I don't want any pictures of real people actually in the header/logo because it subconsciously excludes other people that don't look like that one person, your banner also looks kind of old fashioned to me. DrDesigner, I did say that but I was kind of joking because I was being asked for suggestions when I was hoping other people would suggest things to me. I'm not totally against the idea of cute illustrated figures waving either, yours were too big though and I didn't really like the webcam nose idea. Hecky, can you make the illustration centered instead of to one side?, I don't mean move the illustration by the way - just center the elements of it.
mytvtalk, I like the people talking idea, can you make the one on the left have darker skin so they aren't two white people. Also, you've gone totally the other end of the scale to most of everyone else, where they've included the video idea without the chatting idea, you've done the chatting idea without including the video idea... if there was a way to combine both.... Hecky, that isn't what I meant - I went back and edited what I said because I thought you might do that. However, now that I've seen it the camera at the top like that is another valid option. Can you try centering the elements of the camera, and also try one with just the inner lens? Both on the side and at the top now that I've seen it.
rhythmdivine.vg, I'm trying the steer away from using actual webcams in the artwork because they look out of date very quickly. dimitri123, yours is the best one so far. I'm not sure if it would look better of not if there was two illustrated people chatting on the opposite end to the camera, similar (but not the same) to how mytvtalk has done, only in your case it they might need to be a blue monotone to fit? Or you could try something different to get another entry in before the end. Only 40 minutes left now for entries.
Hi, Im not sure how you're interpreting what I've made, but the outer ring wasant meant to be part of the camera, it's just a decorative ring around it. Have you been seeing that as a part of the lens? Thanks, -Hecky.
