But takeing a detailed look, almost all links are from two domains - www.actionscript.org and digra.org

And NONE of the pages in these sites has a link to rene-friedrich.com at the moment. (open the pages and search for a link in html source)

Obviously this is FAKE and a SCAM. Keep away and negative rep him folks.
