Hello, I'm new to Adwords and I just set up a campaign but Google doesn't show my ad. It says that the campaign is active and all the keywords are active but when you click on the button to the left of each keyword it says that this keyword is not shown for search , so my ad is actually not displayed on the web. What's the problem? Am I doing something wrong? Or maybe there is a problem with the website? If you are familiar with such situation, please help me out. Thanks!
What exactly is the help text saying? The text is usually very helpful and explains exactly what's wrong. It might just be that your bid price is too low. Can you copy and paste the message you are getting here please so that we can help
I figured it out now. I raised my PPC price so my ad is running, I’m not sure, but I think the problem was in my low PPC bid. Thanks for reply anyway. I have one more question. Yesterday I picked out a site from ClickBank to promote and wrote an Adwords ad for it, But Google told me I had to raise my keyword bid to $10.00 for every single keyword. I had about a hundred keywords and Google asked for exactly $10.00 for every single keyword. Why is that?
It simply does not like something about your campaign so it's making you pay. $10 a keyword is supposed to stop you wanting to do this! Take a look at your quality score.
As far as I know, Google has a list of "bad site types" which include "money making" websites and I know ClickBank is full of that. Is your website in that category ?
$10 CPC means your website is being slapped by google. It means your site has some serious errors that are against their marketing policy...
