How lame is it that whenever I check up on inventory.overture.com to check up on some keyword research, the site is always down! Is the site overloaded with bots, or whats the deal?? It's like WTF yahoo, get it right. Sheesh.

Yeah, it's a shame. I mean, the least yahoo could do is implement some kind of captcha application for the site to prevent it being run down by spammer bots. It's been like this for the past year and you would think a company with billions of dollars in the bank would get it fixed by now. Kudos to yahoo. Jesus.

Overture is long dead. Even when it works, the data is from January 2007. I'd suggest wordtracker. Feel free to check out my free tool that pulls from wordtracker's results. You can also check the amount of competition for each keyword in yahoo, google, and msn.

It's been months now... And I'm still hoping that overture will come back, it's a very useful tool, hope that yahoo will get it fixed.

Same here...I think they give the most accurate numbers as far as search terms goes and all. In my opinion anyway.

I have yet to find a keyword suggestion tool that is just as good as yahoo's, ones that are free anyway.
