Must Sell - Large Image Hosting Site - Over 191,000 UV's for May!

Hey everyone I am looking to make a quick sale of my image hosting site..

My server has been maxed out and httpd continues to fail almost every half hour due to the large amounts of traffic being pushed through.

I am currently hosted on FDCServers Dedicated Unmetered 100mbit plan.
My current server is maxed out and I do not have the money to put into a clustered solution at the moment.

I have other sites hosted on this server and I can't keep having it overload due to this image hosting site. (Bigger Corporate Sites)

For sale is the entire site and all content including domain.

I used to host the site on hostgator, I didn't have a problem with it ever going down but I missed the part where image hosting sites are not allowed.

During these times I had a week where adsense was making over $90/day. This was due to someone posting 5-6 photos on a very popular forum. I was forced to shut it down due to bandwidth use on hostgator.

I was forced to switch over to this dedicated server at FDC more recently and I am locked down due to resources..

My hopes are that someone can give this site a new home without the constant downtime I have had...

You can expect traffic to be much more then my actual stats say if you can actually keep it up 24/7. I have a cron set to restart the httpd every 3 hours to help keep it up a bit longer... Now it doesn't matter.

I am not sure of the expected worth...

what is the server space that the site is using now?

I like the way this site looks.

 

Current income ranges anywhere from 2-15 a day from adsense.. I just recently put it back on the site after switching servers.... As I said it varies from traffic. When I was doing 25,000+ UV a day I had a income of $90+ a day from adsense.. All depends where your users are posting the images they host.

I have webalizer would that be better?

Site is currently using 99.131 Gigabyte(s) of 719.881 Gigabyte(s) disk space used.

how much members does the site have? and whats your best price?

is it possible to add google analytics for a few days. these stats you show are quit unreliable.
I have around three different stats in my dedicated server account and this one always points the highest amount of visitors.

 

Currently there are 500+ user accounts I have deleted them all twice due to overload.. On average there are about 8-10 new registrations daily!

 

Most traffic comes from direct links on from images just like every image hosting site.

DP has a history of people placing bids and not buying. Looker Seeres etc. Let me know when the auction is over and I will try to buy the site but the purchase by me will depend on the site price. $400 is the best I will offers do the lack of income proof. Send me proof of Adsense earnings and I would pay more.

I'm interested, the bandwidth doesn't seem to much of an issue, but how would you transfer over 700 gigs worth of info to the new buyers server?

What amount of data in megs or gigs are uploaded daily so i can judge the growth?

also the revenue is a bit of a concern, $2 - $15 a day, that roughly $60 - $450 a month, I'm guessing a server to host this site as it is now is going to cost $300 a month, so there's a good chance the site could end up running at a loss.
