Don't submit to high PR directories without reading this first.

Most high PR rated directories that I've come across does not have PR rated internal pages. Instead of paying high dollars trying to get on their homepage or making the mistake of thinking you're getting a high PR link when in reality you're getting a PR0 or no ranking page, submit to my PR2 directories where 70% of my internal pages also have PR2 rating and a PR2 backlink.

These are some of the PR2 internal pages, you can submit a permanent link for only $5:

Or dont base it on PR at all maybe the safest option? then your clients are not disappointed if you lose PR, and chuffed if you unexpectedly gain more pr.

    Whatever Trevor.

We don't really care about PR. Internal pages PR has been discussed a lot too recently. Just because google dont show it on the toolbar does not mean it isn't there.

Are you saying that Google's toolbar is flawed? I'd like to see an example of a link that has PR, but Google doesn't show it.

No but I'm saying they manipulate the toolbar to prevent the buying and selling of links. I could only proove this if I was a google engineer.

    I couldn’t agree more.

Or someone hits that report button.

Aiming for high PR is becoming a thing of the past, about time too.

    Thanks Brian

If PR is irrelevant, what's the latest method?

Well that depends on the person...

I prefer targeted traffic and good search engine rankings.
I didn’t say PR was irreverent, just aiming for it is likely to backfire in the long run.

    Thanks Brian

Clearly not. I had a bit of a snoop on the shopping section and saw a site claiming to legitimately sell viagra in the UK. You can't do that period and the site that claims it is a scam. Both out for a quick buck by the looks of it.

It's because many new diretories are using expired domains. It's grey area for webmasters, I even write post about it http://www.submitemnow.com/blog/post/3.htm

TBPR is updated on a routine schedule. Screw it, not having explaining this again. I feel dumber for having said this much.
