There is this one company that I would really like to affiliate with. They declined me. so I edited my account, took out that website and inserted another website of mine. Then re-applied. If declined again, do I just keep re-applying? The squeeky bearing gets the grease, right?
Have you emailed the advertiser's affiliate rep and asked WHY you were declined? Most of them are pretty good about replying. Which advertiser is it?
MrSandman: When i first read your post, I thought you were rejected because you are not from US. HOwever i just saw that you are from Michigan, so that should not be a problem. Yoru best bet is to re-apply with following information: -your business model; -traffic source/level; It also helps to ask why the advertisers dish you. If however, after doing all of the above, you are still rejected then I say move on.
If you got auto declined, then you should email them with "love letter" why they should accept you. Give details on your biz model and traffic to your site.
Hey has any one of you got applied after mailing them , i have a good blog with pr 4 but no answers received from their side .I have tried may advertiser but it seems most of them paying good high buck approve us citizens only .
I changed to a different link and re-applied. It's been status pending for a long time. I guess I'll need to move on. their loss!
well, if I have been declined cuz am not from the US, is there any chance to be accepted? (yahoo, ebay,...)
I was declined again. I applied for smaller sites that don't pay as well. we'll see.... thanks for the replies!
Dont waste your time, if they declined you twice. Better you move on. I am in the same situation like you. If you are good with SEO, you can go with hosting affiliate.
