    Did you mean you are looking for affiliate program that can pay you with paypal ? Paydotcom.com is the way to go .

    Check my second and fourth signature links. Both AWSurveys and Gomez peer pay by Paypal, and have been paid several times, now. Gomez Peer has been in the business since 5-6 years, or so...
