Can 1 Adsense account Have Multiple URLs?

If I set up an adsense account can I place those ads on several websites or just 1?

Sure, you can run AdSense on multiple sites.
Just make sure they all comply with the AdSense TOS.
Reading the Google AdSense Guidelines is not a bad idea either
