Recently my moneybookers account was locked. I emailed them asking why my account was locked. They replied this "Thank you for contacting us. Please be kindly informed that your account has been suspended due to a routine security check. We kindly ask you to provide us with a detailed explanation for the purpose of use of your account, the purpose of your transactions with personal account holders and Moneybookers and your relation to the account holders in question." I am a domain trader, what Should I reply to them ?
This happened exactly with me, few days ago. Just tell them the truth, that you are a digital product seller. They are really nice! Cheers!
Just simply send them the proof on what you work. If you are a domain trader then send them some oif the domain that matches domain holder's name and moneybooker account holder name.And get your account unlocked. They are too friendly but sends mail only after 3 days always.
Just Email them that you are dealing in Digital Items and Domains and show the proof of domains that you sold through Moneybookers and they will surely unlock your account.
