    You may want to contact the website owner and ask where they got it from

    It looks like something thrown together in frontpage and asp...

    It appears that they are just pulling feeds for the site, it even says in there disclaimer "IndiaStudyCenter.com's technology automatically produces search results"

    I like the idea of using wordpress. You could use it in conjunction with carp for wordpress to pull the feeds.. Just a thought. Wordpress is IMHO the simplest solution for you. Joomla is nice but takes awhile to get setup and used to if your not familiar with it
