Paypal Question

    hi there mates.

    i have problem on my money in paypal.

    i withdraw my balance last may 21 but its almost 9 days now and still didnt get my money..anyone encountered this problem?what did you do??

    Does it say it's pending still or what? Have you tried to contact them yet?

    As far as I know PayPal should state the expected delivery of funds inside the transaction details.

    Maybe the user account features for philippines are a different setup from that of usa account at paypal, Paypal is usa based so I would imagine that they offer usa clients more stuff. I would recommend contacting them via phone or email.

    actually mate its my 7th times withdrawing in paypal.but i just encounterd this problem now.

    I thought that when you opt for the Withdraw Money option, they will tell you that the estimated date is between 5 to 7 working days or depending on your bank to post the money to your account. It is unable to dictate how your bank handles the payment into your account. After the money is set out of Paypal's account, it is totally out of their control. You would also need to take account that banks usually do not work over the weekend.

    Contact your bank and ask.

    Does it show 'Completed' in Paypal ? If so, the fault does not lie with Paypal but with the bank.

    Technically, PayPal says you need to wait for 5-7 working days. So you should have gotten your withdrawal now. Lately, seldom do I have to wait that long.

    On the status of the withdrawal at PayPal page, did it say "completed" for that particular withdrawal as usual?

    Then, if that is the case, ang may problema is the bank na nga at di PayPal?

    Strange ... diba this is not your first withdrawal naman?

    If Unionbank here cant help you, maybe you can try to email PayPal and see what is the problem? Or at least maybe you will know from PayPal what the problem of Unionbank?
