Hi, Yes in general it is alright to host a video uploading website as long as the videos you are hosting are legal and you have permission from the publisher. Those are the general rules about those type of websites. However, if your website is as populated as zxhare.net, I would recommend you invest in a VPS or Dedicated server which we can give custom special discounted quotes on as well. Simply for that fact that, in a shared environment, it is very easy to overload the server if you have thousands of users constantly download and uploading content at your website (which is against our TOS).
