If you're talking about Palestinian and human rights, anyone want to explain about the treatment of "Dhimmis" for centuries? Whatever. I think the point of this thread is that it was more easily provable anti-Israel and anti-Jewish propoganda, that's all. The amount of it is positively terrifying, pictures taken way out of context (yes soniqhost, this one was easy to spot) to simply pour kerosene on Jews and Israelis. Take this garbage somewhere else and keep it to yourself unless you're interested in discussing SEO or some other innocuous topic on what is usually discussed here.

you can cry propaganda, or antisemitism if you like, but what is more effective, is to show facts (with sources) to refute other claims which you might believe are false.

 

not serving in IOF alone says something, or says that there is something not ok, I think if they consider Israel their country, they would serve in its army, at the same time, if Israel consider them Israeli citizens, then Israel would allow them to serve in IOF.

Some of them been beaten, and in some cases killed, for demonstrating while raising Palestinian flags, if you see in this a crime, the bigger crime was in occupying Palestine, changing its name and flag, force its people to leave their own historical lands and live in refugee camps, and commit transfer (which is the nice name for cleansing)

 

Why don't you tell us what a Dhimmi is? Jews, Christians and other non-Muslim groups are made into second class citizens with limited rights less than Muslims and, throughout centuries, converted or suffering the usual repercussions of being forced into a lower societal class.

The bigger crime was the cleansing of Jews and Christians out of the now "recognized" Arab countries where these people and other non- Muslims lived for centuries. But that means nothing to you nor do you care to understand the feelings of those Jews who now must hole up in a small strip of land in the middle east. They have none or limited rights in the Arab lands. But hey - that's fine by you.

Now if there was so much concern about the Palestinians, whom are real human beings but are also unfortunate victims of the above mess, then why don't they just easily move into the massive Arab/Muslim lands that dwarf the size of Israel? Seems like a much better life to me with many more opportunities. But I don't exactly see the other Arab nations welcoming them in but rather hoping that they'll occupy someone else's yard and pushing the Jews completely out of the middle east would just be a bonus. I also don't hear the outrage against Yassir Arafat, who apparently stole over 1 BILLION dollars from the suffering Palestinian people. His white wife gets more per year then those unfortunate people do. Do you really need a source for that one? I'm completely sympathetic but at a loss of how to solve the issue without full cooperation from both sides.

So quit shoveling it. This ain't the place for propaganda. And if you're going to start talking about people's rights then perhaps you can explain to us what the rest of the Arab world plans to do in order to allow equal rights for non-Muslims in those lands and give back the land stolen/taken or "rightfully removed" from the second class citizens. If you had a plan that would right that wrong, then think about all the suffering that could be avoided and all the joy that could exist for people of all races and religions in the middle east. Until then, keep your political and religious views to yourself and let's talk about Internet technology.

now this is stupid. There are thousands of christians in Saudi Arabia but that doesn't mean they live happily. Ask people how Jews lead their life in Iran. Also, ppl donno what exactly is going on inside iran. There might be a systematic killings of Judaism going on in Iran. There is no way to figure out. Don't read whatever is in media blindly.
