I have heard that Windows 7 will have multi-touch screen and Vista base...What are your expectations of new Windows 7?:)

Vista sucks! Any new version of Vista will probably suck too. XP is the best operating system Microsoft ever came up with. I just dont get it...with so much money why cant they build software that works good.

Well if it takes low power, less memory, then I bet it would easily work on P2 or p1 even? or does it require some new hardwares?

7 will be a mixture of vista, ME, and 95. By combining these three operating system they will greatly reduce research costs for their new operating system. To save money on discs, all three of these will simply be source code sent via email attachments as text documents.

There's nothing wrong with Vista...I was a beta tester, so I've been using it for years...I reckon a lot of people say it sucks just to jump on the Vista bandwagon...they actually have no real idea.

As for Windows 7...Microsoft say it WILL be a major (as opposed to minor) release, but that remains to be seen. It will be based on the Vista kernel, and not be using the new talked about kernel MinWin. However they will be tweaking the kernel to refine it.

Hardware requirements WILL NOT go up so current hardware will run it no problem. Expected release is late 2010.

I don't care if Microsoft release Windows 7,8,9 or 10, as long there have the same problem as Vista, I never gonna change my OS.
