Im not sure if this is a genuine question or its just blatant spam... but if its genuine you can pikup a couple autoresponders that are floating around in a heap of these plr packages. shouldnt cost you more than a couple bucks.

Yeah, I agree with mentos... If you're with Aweber, they take care of all the white listing with ISP's and technical stuff so you can focus on the money making. I've read they can get a 99% email deliverability rate so that works for me. If your list gets massive, go with email labs.
