stay away from these people... my dedi was up for 2 days then all of a sudden it had mysql probs...they restarted the server which caused mysql db's to dissapear, they restored them, 5 mins later same again, they won't refund by saying its down to vbulletin...what poppy cock
Dear reeps, You are so out of the reality. My Name Is Alexandros and after 2 days of your tickets being handle by our support,I had personally assigned to me. First,after your server deployed,you were continue asked for configs and setups,something that our basic management DOESNT include.You choose an unmanaged server which comes with ServerCP,However,serverCP's services,needs to be config by the client(DNS,HTTPD,Mysql,PHPmyadmin). Our techs did all of these,when you request them. Second,after 2 days,your mysql crash.You had "let" all the worries to us!Thats terrible.The server is UNmanaged and the responsible person is only the end customer.We investigate into your iscue and after seing that your Mysql was absolutely crashed,we forward an OS reload,WITHOUT to iscue any payment,even if it wasnt our fault. After this,again you started much tickets,about config services and ServerCP,ALTHOUGH(again) that the server was/is unmanaged.BUT we had config them once again. I dont know now whats your problem is,but we arent responsible if you choose an unmanaged server and you dont know how to manage it. Manage a server,means to get it from the start and maintenance it. it can't be maintained when nothing works on it, mysql couldn't be accessed to config it which is pure bs, your service and your attitude stinks, you rob people of cash and when your product doesn't work from your so called setup you don't refund, I hadn't been able to config anything as nothing would start, every update command failed even servercp's own update failed, yet you clam your servers run fine which is pure crap, you have robbed $50+ from me end of
As he said it is unmanaged, the datacenter will install only OS as well as the requested control panel only. Reeps, you have to setup your control panel from the scratch. If you dont know, then go for some reseller hosting or study a VPS first.
ur not understanding me, the likes of mysql, ssh wasn't accessable how can it be configured if its not accessable...they are reseller burstnet servers so have no clue themselves what they are talking about
If ssh is not accessible , a reboot is the only way. You can directly contact BurstNet for rebooting your server, No need to contact their resellers, as it is the fastest way for rebooting your server. If the reboot is also not working, then simply Reload the OS with Control Panel. Vivek

Ok,thats your opinion.We had our own dedicated staff and from burstnet we take only the hardware and the level 3 support(when remote cannot help - os reloads,etc) We had deliver your server with fresh OS 2 times.Both times you had crash it.We take no responsibility if you cant manage an unmanaged server. Server was deploy to you from scratch,with ServerCP installed(even if servercp must be config by the client,to work with services,etc) and SSH ALWAYS accessable - Do NOT tell Lies here. We have 24/7 staff and we reboot the servers via contacting direct the datacenter via phone.We had superior times on reboots - no need to email our datacenter. To concluse,server was deployed to the customer 2 times,with fresh OS and ServerCP. Support(on software level) STOPS here.Our servers are unmanaged.Should you want fully managed services,get a fully managed server.HOWEVER our staff had help the customer,with over 20 admin's hours which result in loss for our company,for this client. We hadnt any single negative comment out there,and we served many customers every single day.As you can see,I had personally reply to your tickets,as you dont understand by our staff that unmanaged servers = No admins hours on your box.(exlude hardware fail,os reloads,connectivity loss) Regards
That is good, I have had a server from BurstNet through one of their reseller SBC-services.com , and I used to email burstnet directly for rebooting the server since that reseller is taking around 8hrs for a single reboot. I don't like burstnet either. Vivek

Oi dude for all you know VB could have taken down MySQL. MySQL could have been fixed without OS Reload but there is no need for that language right ?

Our techs ask you before the Os reload,because a future re-installation of mysql maybe had some iscues from the previous install. We deploy your server 2 times with fresh os,and both you couldnt manage it. It is your false if you dont know how to manage a server,not ours.
