EC Suite can do most of what you're asking for, we're a subscription biller, and can setup up automatically recurring payments in a variety of intervals. • Automatic Reminder for the date of payment • Automatic Reminder to client and us, once the transaction is made. We have event driven emails, meaning a customized, automated email can be sent out for a number of reasons, new sign ups and rebill dates included, and they can be sent to you as well as your clients. • Flexibility in changing the billing time AND project cost once the order is placed? This is if any client wants to upgrade the project to any next premium package or to extend the project time period. You can setup Recurring options that can be upgraded at any time or cancelled at the consumers discretion. It's also possible to setup varying payment amounts for each rebill at the start of the subscription. For example: First month is $100, next three months are $200 each, following 12 months are $150 each, and so on. • Add or Cancel the number of Billing Cycles This is the only area where we would be lacking flexibility, billing cycles continue indefinitely until canceled. However they can be canceled at any time, single payment options are also available, $1200/12months for example. Hope that was helpful!
