hey folks,i bought a site 46days ago and it is a pr4 adult tv website making $500+ every month.How much can I resell this site?I am having urgent crisis and will like to sell and do not know what price tag to put on the site.
I read somewhere you sell it for a years value. So $500 X 12 = $6000 but I wouldn't sell it for $6000. Try getting a bit more.
I think it will be nice to try out Buy Sell section (sites) here on DP or you can try out sitepoint.com you should also look forward to sell it for atleast 12 months revenue and be prepared with all kind of proof of revenue, traffic etc which willing buyers may demand before purchasing the site.
Put a starting at the price you have bought the site on a auction at Sitepoint. If you have solid proof of the earnings, I am sure that bidders will bid on it.

Adult sites don't get the same value as non adult sites. + You can't sell adult sites on Sitepoint either. Just a heads up.

If that stats are for only 46 days then your not going to get a years profit worth for the website, i advise you keep hold of the website or try and get at least 3months worth of revenue proof. With that you may be able to get a lot more than you would currently.
