I just successfully won the auction for a domain, and paid with Paypal already.
When will I get the domain name?
Will it then show in my godaddy account?

You can check in your account in TDNAM looking for word won you will see list of your bid won.
In list will tell you what day your domain will show to your account, (Within 5 - 7 days)

Go to TDNAM, and click on the Items Won link, it will tell you when you should get the domain. If someone is selling it, you have to email them, if GoDaddy/TDNam has it, it takes some time for them to release it to you.

About $230. Is it related to how much I bid?

yes, you will be officially getting that name in/about 6-7 days..I usually get them in 5-7 days..I do not know why they take so long..may be its about dns transfer or anything like that..but if your account says you have won the auction..you will be getting it for sure..:) Congratulations on your win by the way..!;)
