    Actually, you can sign up for a Business account at Moneybookers. That way you can receive credit card payments without the person having to sign up. However, you be levied a 8% fees for your transactions.

    You don't have to "send" to your paypal account. Simply add a bank account or a credit card and start using it, it will take the money directly from your bank account or credit card.
