Banner Required For Exising Website Paying $30

Hello,

I would like to do a contest for a banner that will go onto my website www.financejobs.co.nz. I need to change the homepage and replace the top part of the site with a banner.

I have made a basic design to show the important wording that I need on this graphic, you can lay it out anyway you want as long as there is a clear division for the client and the candidate section, the most important thing is creativity

Size of banner is width589 and height 227

I am paying $30 for this contest, please make sure the colours you choose for the banner will mix well with the existing site. The colours i have used are examples ONLY.
