Adsense ready sites are another form of MFA sites. But as long as you put valuable and unique content on it, Google wouldn't be having any problem with it.
Don't use them they are just wastage of money if you don't have quality content you will not able to earn single money .You need quality content , the content posted in this websites are already in use by others sites too and google will take you as a copy cat too .
i have one that i buy from boxart with license off course , it full rss and automatic content everyday , yeah the earning low average not more 0,10 cents per click but still get earning without edit content and everyday i got 4 or 3 click from visitor , see example here ... pm me if you interesting with that template I got about 6 niches for you
Nope those premade niche minisites are no good. There just filled with dupe content. You need original content, hire a writer or write it yourself.

what is MFA? this is if you was Google, but really my question is clear is it against tos to use ready adsense sites? just want to be sure before doing any i prefer blog,but i'm asking coz i don't wanna make any mistake!
Seleno, Since nobody is answering your question, please allow me to help you. One of my sites (AdsenseForDummies.com) is not display Adsense ads because the word "adsense" is in the URL. The big G himself emailed me that it is against Adsense's TOS. If you don't believe me, write to big G. If I'm not telling the truth, post here that "ainmohd" is a big liar. MFAs are sites "made for adsense". Nothing wrong about MFAs as long as the contents are useful. If there is no Adsense, millions of websites will disappear because there is no financial incentive/motivation to publish them.
If if put adsense on a site and use adwords to bring traffic on that site/page then it's against adsense tos and you can be banned from adsense!!! The tos for MFA sites is not very clear, so there is no direct answer for this. Using MFA sites for adsense is not allowed, and is against tos, but then duplicate content can not be termed as MFA alone!
adsense ready sites doesn't against TOS, i sign up with adsense using them 2 years ago but i agree don't wasting your time with them.
they are so 2001.. don't waste your time with these sites unless you are just going to park the domain
My advice is to do it yourself. But if you have no idea on doing so, just start off with a blog and eventually move on to make a real site. With a great setup, the hosting will pay for itself.
I dont prefer readymade Adsense Templates because it just work like MFA sites unless you may have unique and genuine site!
