[WTS] Active Warez Forum - 3 Months Old - 2500+ Posts (Makes ~$30/Month)

I am moving, and loosing my internet for about a month, so I am forced to sell my warez forum.

I purchased the site in march, but found little time to work on it, in April I began to add alot of files, and gained alot of new and active members. I just started submitting to Katz, so my ranking will increase. Lots of uniqe visitors, active posters, and a great enviorment. This site has ALOT of potential, the V.I.P section I added last week has already made me $30!

The site is running on Phpbb3 with a Custom Theme.

Site is Hosted in Amsterdam, Host Allows Warez Linking.

I have never sold a site on DP before, so I am not sure what information to include in my post, so please ask for anything I left out.

I never said this was sold, I said I would think about it and get back to you tomorrow, I only deal with professionals, which obviously you are not.

I said I would sell it, but you would not send the full amount, you wanted to split the payment, and would not listen to me, or answer any of my questions, which is why I said I wanted to wait, you were trying to push a very shady deal, and now you're just getting pissed because I would not take it.

I am at work, and cannot access my cpanel at work. I use google analytics for stats, but I am not sure how well that works, because according to AWstats I have over 100k hits but google only shows 25,000.

No, I am at work, no chat software can be used unfortunetly.

I found how to transfer the domain on namecheap. If you have a username on namecheap I can just transfer it over, the domain is good until March 09. *PS AND IN PM U SAY YOU DO NOT HAVE MSN AFTER U SAID YOU DID!*

That is fine. I pay $3/month. I can accept two payments, but I would need the $75 up front, I do not want to get scammed out of my site.

You would have to buy your own hosting, I will cancel my hosting plan once the site is transfered, the hosting is good til the end of the month, but on June 1st it will expire.

I host the site on Pirate Serve. I don't use an admin email on the forum, I never set that up, I just use for all emails. The warez files are mostly hosted on rapidshare and megashares, my host does not allow hosting of the files, only linking, like most warez forums.

To transfer the site you would need a namecheap.com account, since I am the owner, I can transfer it to you right on there, I just need your namecheap.com username to transfer it, that is of course after the payment has cleared.

Then after all of this i get this in a pm after i sent him 3 pms regarding this purchase and deal!

Sorry, No Deal. Like I said, I only deal with professionals.

How am i not a professional i got off 5 hours early to work this deal out and stayed up till 2am my time to work out a deal and he's telling me im unprofessional!

Mods this guy has to seriously get banned because the only reason why i was saying split payments because this persons new and of course i am too but i was scammed on a previous sale and this is why and recently there has been alot of scams going on here and other forums so that's why

Why would someone give an email and to sent payment if they didn't wanna sell it to me seriously we had a deal and he broke threw this guy is a total fraud and nobody should deal with him! BEWARE!!
