Can anyone recommend some pay per leads with good payouts for each lead ($2 and up), with leads being things that people can sign up for free, like forums, mailing lists, etc without having to do a ridiculous amount of work? Looking for some stuff for an incentivized site and trying to keep it really simple and easy.
Best what I've found until this - 1$ per 1 free signup ( need to fill only 5 fields and without any confirmation ) !
Something I recently found was RevResponse.com. They give you $1.50 minimum for a free newsletter signup or a resource download, which is pretty cool. And it's run by Netline, which had been in business since 1994 so it's pretty trustworthy. Cheers!

You're Welcome. Well, my niche doesn't serve their purpose really well. But I know people who've had.
Credit cards via Credit-Land free cobranded affiliate partner program and free datafeeds. A cobranded site takes 5 minutes to setup. Payouts upto $100 per sign up. Top money maker if you can get good traffic.
I just got approved to RevResponse, all it is is magazine subscriptions and downloads? It doesn't really tell you anything.
