    Obviously. Every version of Windows offers better graphics hence requires more requirements than its predecessor.

    yes its newer then vista .. its called Windows 7 .. probably will be out at 2010. They say it will require less space and less memory then vista , hence faster.

    True that but most people are too lazy to learn how to use Linux. I'm running Ubuntu on my laptop and as a programmer/web developer it's amazing to have free software such as GIMP (a free photoshop alternative), SCREEM (a free Zend alternative) and I replaced my Cubase DAW Multi-Track recording software with Ardour....

    I even have Ubuntu Linux running on a 2GB USB Flash Drive !!

    Linux is the future, Windows and Mac are the past....

    You'll need 50gb RAM, 42gb HDD just for installation.



    Nah, it shouldn't be that much more than Vista.

    I think they may do it right this time. Based on how much people have been upset with Vista I really doubt they'll foul this up.
