Suggestions needed for my forum

I've created a forum...now how do i attract mores users....

Any other methods other than paid advertising.....

I have an idea to add a category for fashion and beauty care...but i need a girl who is interested in fashion and beauty care to be in charge....anyone interested

People like content and your home page whilst good is still missing some.

I would remove the clock though, as its not really needed and if anything it will distract your visitors as it will constantly remind them of what else they need to be doing. I'd say take it out and replace with something related to your forum.

The ads can be organised in a more better way and one thing i appreciate is that the bookmarkings u have provided are well organised and it would be better if the banner colour is changed.
