Email their hosting provider, tell them of the situation and ask them to remove this offending web site. This is normally the cheapest and most effective way. Most hosts will oblige if you give them all the evidence.

You can send them a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice by email to their web host if possible.
Within a few days, your competitor's site would be taken offline.

The suggestion to use the DMCA is quite good, I found a template by googling I think you can change the template to suit you and send it to their hosting provider, Net4India is quite well known I am sure they will know what to do.

I'd suggest you first try to email your competitor and ask him nicely to remove the content. If that doesn't work out you should contact their host, file a DMCA like the others suggested, and contact their advertising provider if they have any.

This is crazy idea! next time don't post if you don't have nothing important thing to say. :(

Anyway, as what GeeKai mentioned above^ email them first and then give them time frame to remove the said copied content in their site then tell them if they will not going to removed the content you should be forced to write the hosting company provider and or file a case for copy of content infringement..

The problem is not his site but the people that are stealing his content.
