Email their hosting provider, tell them of the situation and ask them to remove this offending web site. This is normally the cheapest and most effective way. Most hosts will oblige if you give them all the evidence.
You can send them a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice by email to their web host if possible. Within a few days, your competitor's site would be taken offline.

I'd suggest you first try to email your competitor and ask him nicely to remove the content. If that doesn't work out you should contact their host, file a DMCA like the others suggested, and contact their advertising provider if they have any. -GeeKai
This is crazy idea! next time don't post if you don't have nothing important thing to say. Anyway, as what GeeKai mentioned above^ email them first and then give them time frame to remove the said copied content in their site then tell them if they will not going to removed the content you should be forced to write the hosting company provider and or file a case for copy of content infringement..
