I need a logo for my new content creation company.

Name: Whoa Factor (the domain is WhoaFactor.com and I prefer no .com in the logo)
Tagline: You can come up with one that suites the use.
Delivery- PSD and, if possible, a PS vector
Contest ends: June 2nd at noon EST

Only requirements are the above and that the logo is professional, CREATIVE and eye-catching. I will leave the rest up to you.

Articles, blog posts, forum posts, etc etc. Dont include a specific one in the logo tagline, though.

That face is like a confused face or someone who got hit. <-- thats kind of a whoa face. Thats better than the first, you do too much to the text though.

Going in a good direction. Still dont seem to like the text.

These are great. I like the big smiley over the text on the right and the one under it with the smiley replacing the "o".

Could you take the smiley from the big one and put it in a logo like the one under it that I mentioned (the big one has the fill that gives it the rounded look while the small one doesnt). Also could I see some other fonts?
