So some guy offers you a couple grand for your site, that is making 50 dollars a day. Thats great, but then he says he wants to pay you paypal. How can you be sure he won't try to scam you? Ok, here is a list of precautions that should be met before handing over anything.

    1) First make a Canadian Business account in addition to the one you already have. Why Canadian? Because you can receive and send money without a credit card or bank account on it.

    2) Once you have your Canadian Business account you tell him to send the money to that account. Once in that account, send the money to your real paypal, and withdraw into your bank, right away. NEVER leave money in your paypal because they can wipe out that 10,000 dollars in seconds. Once in your bank account, paypal can't touch your money. Then you can send him the stuff, without worry.

    3) Take your money out from the bank and send me half.:D

If you are not from Canada and start a Canadian Paypal account, you would have to use fake address and fake details are prohibited and reasons for your account to be limited.

In this case, paypal balance will go into negative and Paypal will "temperarory hold" your transactions and then later may reverse that too to recover money.

    I 100% agree,

this is the safest way and all the money in your local bank as proof. ( legal bank statements)
