Google DON'T pay attention to keywords, descriptions and main titles as much as they used to?

Do google use a system like w3 for ranking?

Do google take into acocunt the number of times the links are clicked upon the searching of a keyword?

And finaly...anyone wana help me out with some sea?

    thanks.

Your keywords, descriptions and the titles are very important in google this is an
    important part of on-screen seo.

The # of hits you get from google for a particular keyword will not affect your
    rankings in the serp.
