Can anyone please advice me on any best way to earn money online without having a website and without having to spend any money to start with? Please consider the fact that I am no graphic designer or html coder. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!
Paid forum posting immediately springs to mind. You could earn maybe 10-15 cents per post - multiply that by however many opportunities you can find every day. By not having a site you're severely limiting your options.
What about article writing or re-writing (site content)? It beats what people earn for forum posting, and it takes up less of your time.
You just wiped out all possibilities in a single paragraph. You have to spend money to make money, or atleast have skill of some kind. The internet isn't a get rich quite scheme. I suggest you read some books, tutorials, etc. Figure out if anything internet-related fits your personality.
back years ago when i 1st got online i made pocket change doing paid surveys, reviews, read emails and that sort of thing. I did it for a few years before i grew tired of it. was spending way too much time online for very little. But didnt have to put out any $.

Just try to participate in various forums and remain active there with posting useful posts. Once you have enough posts there you can sell signature spots,recent blog post spots,avatars etc. there and earn money throught that. You can also offering services like directory submission,posting at other forums. There are so many ways, you just have to look out. DON.
Here's anther idea: join every single website/webmaster related forum you can find, have thousands of posts and then sell signature & avatar space.

I started off forum posting and earned around $10 from that. Then moved on to article writing which earned me around $30. Now I'm making templates for people which is earning me quite a bit. None of this requires any money to start off with.
Highly depends on who's willing to pay for it. On another forum, someone offered me almost $4 to have his link on my sig for a month (I had about 1000 posts then). Other people are only willing to pay a dollar for a month, and even less than that. But consider this, if you have lots of time in your hands & lots of posts on tons of forums it's good pocket money. You'll be able to have tons of links on your sig, each person paying you $1 or more every month. When you earn enough, you can invest the money into something that earns you a living.
