Great Idea! Sell To Anyone You Want, Without Getting Scammed!

    Try My Way!

1- You should have your basic paypal account ready.

    2- Open another paypal account.

    3- Make a Deal.

4- Tell him to pay you to your new paypal account.

    5- payment sent.

6- Immediatly send your funds to your basic paypal account.

7- Close your paypal account from you profile tab.

8- If he was a scammer, surely he will open a dispute.

9- He will get nothing because you already removed all funds, and you closed your account, that way paypal cant get money from you, because no funds and no card linked.

    10- thanks!

Ain't there a possibility paypal will hold the funds you send from your unverified account and also a chance you getting caught for duplicate accounts.

This is soooo long winded and not suitable if you are running a business where you are selling loads.

This could only be a usefull method if you done it once and it was for a large some of cash - either way it's risky.

Paypal allows you to have 2 accounts.

Best way is to tell the person to send the funds, and then have them open a dispute and close it. After they do you can send it to them because paypal only lets you submit 1 dispute and not reopen it.

There are many flaws in your system. 1) You must add a credit card to your account. 2) There is always the chance of after sending the money to your account, getting a message that says funds not available.

Simple Answer I see You landing in court!
One: Paypal will investigate the other account

Two: Considering the other account is verified
they (and perhaps the fraud squad will track the
    address details to you.

Three: Even if you use a fake address/id they will
trace your Ip and ISP to the computers relative
location (The same network/computer you used.)

Four: Even if you used pubic Internet access they
will ask the locals for a profile of the people(you)and anyone else who could have access their network, or request security camera pictures which are quite wide spread these days. This is how they tracked down the valentines day virus hacker to Singapore!

Five: See you in court and possibly on international tv! :p :p :p

actually roofis ive sent payments before and never recieved anything and did a dispute and had the problem where the paypal account was closed and 0.00 was recieved and paypal doesn't actually do anything. They say they are investigating but on numerous occasions nothing happens and I never hear another word nor see the money.

If you or anybody tried to scam Paypal or those paying money to
your account and did this with once with a small amount then it
will probably be resolved on the spot (ie account closure etc.)
They do profile (for legal reasons) these kind of activities, not
only to protect themselves for liabilities but to uphold the law
and stop organized thieves/gangs from robbing victims online.

If such patterns of organized theft occur within their system
then they, like any other financial institution need to pass this
onto the specialized cyber crime detective units like the FBI,
    Scotland Yard, Interpol ect .
