Looking to make a little money. How should I start?

I'm looking to make some extra money online. Not a lot, by all means. I'm not trying to earn a salary or anything. I'd just like to earn some money that I could spend online or wherever. I've got around maybe $100 I could use to get started, I'd like a relatively cheap route.

I want to emphasize not a lot. Now, sure, more is better, but I don't really want to have to put forth tons of effort to accomplish this. I'd like to achieve a figure around ohh..$10/day. Yep, that will about do it for me. As I mentioned before, I really have nothing to spend it on yet, considering I'm still in High School.

What's the easiest/quickest way to accomplish this?

Any suggestions, any sites, any information, any help at all is 100% appreciated by myself.

    Thanks

Hey there, I too started looking for extra money...but that was a while ago, and now I'm starting to hit the high note of my Internet Marketing career. But that's besides the point. You want to start with something simple, yet effective. There are many things you can do, e.x. put up a blog, run a proxy website, and things like that. What you need to focus on is not giving up, and staying motivated throughout the adventure, as you will learn a lot. DONT be afraid to fail, as you will learn more when you fail, and you can then correct the mistakes that have been costing you potential! I have followed many e-books that have led me to being successful. These books can be found in my signature.

    Good Luck!

    Hi,

You can do a lot of things today to make money online.

You can choose auto-income or asset-building income.

Auto income can be from autoblogs, proxies (not recommended if you have limited investment - you HAVE to own your own server if you really want to make money out of it), directories, forums

Asset building income can be from building a blog - then sell ads out of it - 125x125 ads, text links, etc.

    Cheers

What has worked for me was selling text links on a "per month" rate. Maybe offer a text link for $20 /month, but if your advertisers want a 12 month link, offer then a discount down to $15 /month if they buy 12 months in advance. That has worked well for my sites for many years.

This is how I started earning money: join Triond and write a few articles. They pay on a CPM basis and my articles generate, on average, 10 bucks. I make a passive 10-30/month on the articles I've already written.

Get a Top Ten list or another viral post up and then submit it to StumbleUpon, Digg, etc. If it hits off, you can earn upwards of 50 bucks (my highest grossing article got 100+ dollars). They pay by Paypal. Try it.

I asked myself the same question about a month ago. I decided that I had a degree in finance and it was of great interest to me, so I started a blog where people could ask personal finance questions. I haven't achieved great riches or anything like that, or even $10 a day, but I have made a little bit of money using AdSense. Good luck!

The problem you can run into with a proxy site is heavy traffic (bandwidth)..

But you can start with adding a proxy service to your site (with ads as mentioned lol), then when the load gets too high, eliminate it and utilize the 404 traffic..

The easiet and laziest way is to pick up like 9 domains and install blogs on each ($9 each=$81). Have each be a different category.. then plug in a few affiliate feeds into each one that are on topic...

Then use the remaining $19 to cover some cheap hosting to start..
(and you could put the proxy service on each of those 9 sites)

Then spend some time trading links with blogs and sites in categories similar to the ones you chose.. And typing up some hand written posts on the blogs.

(sounds quick and simple, but it'll be at least few days work if you're doing a half-assed job if it.. alot longer if you take is seriously).

And don't expect to get rich quick lol.. you probably won't be making $10 right off the bat..

Another thing.. as far as picking things for your blogs to be about.. you'll enjoy it more if you pick categories that interest you...

If you only want to make about ten dollars a day, 2 articles at 5$ each should do... If you are looking for jobs, check out the sell, buy and trade section...

If you only want $10 a day you could actually make that with extremely minimal effort.
Minimum of $150 per referral. Has Zero start up cost. Check out the first two in my links in my signature.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll try out submitting content. What are the best sites for this? I've heard of a few, but I'd like to see what you think.

You should try setting up a blog, it's free, and focus on a niche. Then add some PPC ads, or some affiliate products related to your content. Next step, traffic building.

You should start writing for Triond or publishing photos for Shareapic.

Give http://www.infobarrel.com a whirl. Infobarrel shares 75% of the adsense revenue with the content creator. Signup, plug in your Google Adsense publisher ID and start writing about things you know.

They also have a revenue share plan for the ebay partner program.

Easy way to make a few extra bucks a day if you are good at writing How To guides or other useful info.
