My Adsense Niche Network Project for 2008 Journal

(This purely a journal and by no means a challenge or a public experiment. You are free to follow and comment, but I owe nothing to any of you.)

The short term goal is to develop 10 content rich websites with at least 100 articles and optimize them for maximum traffic.

Time Frame - within 60 days

The medium term goal is to develop 25 content rich websites with at least 250 articles and optimize them for maximum traffic.

Time Frame - within 180 days

The long term goal is to develop 100 content rich websites with at least 1000 articles and optimize them for maximum traffic.

Time Frame - within 2 Years

My motivation - To be able to afford to pay for my lower spine operation and my wife's sinus operation. In an almost grave incident 3 years back, I damaged my lower spine and since then, I have been living half-life. I hope to end it soon. Burning desire.

Monetization. Each site will be monetized after they are 90 days old. The sites will initially run Google Adsense and eventually be monetized with Affiliate Marketing.

Here is the plan step-by-step -

Phase #1

• Build 10 Niche Site in 5 weeks.
• Each Site will contain minimum 10 unique articles.
• Build One Social Media backlink minimum per published article.
• At Week 5, after the 10th niche site is completed, take a break.
• Create 10 articles every week for the next 4 weeks.
• Submit them to top 10 Article Directories.
• Each Article will carry only one backlink.
• Build at least 5 directory links per site every week for 4 weeks.
• Try and Submit One site every week to BOTW.ORG

Phase #2

• Build another 10 Niche Websites in the next 5 weeks.
• Build a Social Media Link for each article published.
• After 5th week, repeat the same link building process.

Phase #3

Short and Sweet. Build another 5 websites and repeat the whole process.

The above is the ideal picture I want to follow and achieve. Yet, I am giving a lot of flexibility to avoid being discouraged or come under deadline pressures. I hope to complete 25 websites in 3 months, but will give another 3 months buffer to reach the goal comfortably.

After 25 websites are completed, I will devote the next 3-6 months building quality one way backlinks.

I will not build the 26th website until I see a three figure income/month.

I have set up a low to medium 4 figure USD budget for this project. The surgery and post surgery treatment combined will cost 2-3 times the figure.

Ok, what has been achieved so far?

I actually started this project on the 27th of April. By the end of the month, I had one niche website ready with the immediate plans executed perfectly.

As of today, a total of 6 websites have been completed with exceptional quality content and plans followed to the T. None of them have been monetized and none of them will be until alloted time.

My writer and I have a target to reach the 10th niche by the end of this month. If it does, I will be happy. If not, no regrets.

My only reason to start this journal was to make it public and thus keep the project going during hard times. My health at the moment is the priority and everything else comes next. This journal will remind me of my motivation and my goal to make it to the end of the tunnel and emerge a winner.

Nothing more, Nothing Less.

did something similar, built 10 niche sites, mainly scientific content. got up very high quality content. but stuck with linkbuilding, now getting almost no google traffic, which sucks big time.

If you read my plan, you will notice the buffer time I created. It is for this very purpose. When we work on something too fast, we expect fast results. When it doesn't happen, it results in a disaster.

Here is one more thing. The reason why I am not integrating Google adsense from day 1 is - It is possible I get a click or 2 in the first couple weeks. It will then disappear when the rankings shuffle. This will disappoint me a lot, and will make me feel like I have hit a dead end. 3 months, in my opinion is good.

Elvirs, stick to your plan. You will make it. Everyone (with a solid plan) has.

 

A site a day is overwhelming for me. I don't think I can handle that. How are you organizing your Link building on them? You don't have to share.

Also, for me 5 page per site is too less.

UPDATE

I built my 7th niche site today. Published 3 articles with another 12 ready to go at weekly interval. Again, plans executed to the T. Three more to go before I take a good break off content creation.

Planning is key... the old saying is:

"fail to plan, plan to fail"

In otherwords, without a plan the chances of success are very slim.

Although a plan itself doesn't mean you will be successful, it does mean you have outlined the objectives you want to achieve and if everything goes according to the plan, then success will follow.
