Xoom cancelled my transaction

    hey guys....for the first time i went for transaction....but xoom cancelled it...i dunno why?
    I provided all the correct info....but my paypal name is diff. and my xoom name is diff. Is that the problem?

    What method you selected? Cash Pick up? If yes and you are using service for same country then it doesn't allowed.

    You are from which country ?

    If you are from India and trying to send yourself or anybody else in India then you can't select Pickup option as disbursment option (only check delivery or bank transfer available for that).

    Yeap but if you are lucky then you will get refund quickly but sometimes it takes so long for them to refund. Better you leave email to them and asking as they only give you clear picture about cancellation of your transaction and refund status.

    there are lot of threads about Xoom transaction Read those threads before any Xoom transaction

    You should have these
    E,.g
    Paypal account:Fathername(email address )
    Xoomaccount:Myname(email address )
    Bank Account:Fathername/AnyName

    the above is a example for how to transfer money through Xoom

    always to try to PUT correct Bank code and Address of your Bank in Xoom otherwise they may cancel it..

    now i get it.... you making your self look like a scammer to Xoom which is why they cancel your transaction... you cannot use 3 different peoples to send money.... now call Xoom and they will tell you why the cancel your transaction... and i am sure they will say that your activites are suspecious because you trying to pay from your paypal to your sisiter's xoom account and desposit the money to your mom's account...=)) you can only send it to your sisiter's account... not your mom's.... this is considered as SCAMMING or FRAUD by Xoom....
