    Hey guys
    I need your help
I did register a .asia domain which is also a big company's name in Asia.
Is it possible for me to sell the domain to them? or they might just take it back from me because of the trademark ?

    Thanks

If they own the trademark and you approach them with the selling offer it's very probable that you'll lose the name.

Yes, if they have a trademark then you will have to sell the domain at a regular price as per ICANN's rules and regulations. :(

Can sell to 3rd parties with any rate..
But do n’t ever make any offer to sell to the respective trademark holder with high bargain. Unless luck is there, one can get troubles for such acts and can be put into legal issues.

So better,if you could sell it to any 3rd party without other's knowledge.;)
    Correct.
Sometimes it can be added with extra fines for any misuse,if they claim.
    So be careful with that.

What if I register the same trademark in another Asian country?
Then they can not claim the domain is theirs ?

You got to the domain first. Try selling it.

This action probably will help you to keep the name but still it's not a good idea to approach that company with the intention to sell the name to them.

You're registering the domain in "bad faith," they'll take it away.
