I need a paypal account. Regarding this I have some qestions:

I have to use it to send and receive money.

What is the best - Personal, Premium, or business account?

To get money or transfer via PP it is free or charged?

Credit card should be must?

Can I interlink it to my bank account to transfer money in my bank account via paypal?

A small fee will be deducted when you receive money , sending money is free .
Yes, Credit card is must.

By using personal account I can send or receive money or not on Pay Pal?

 

You can send and receive money . You will have to use personal account for personal purposes . If you get money from any service , you should choose premium or business account.

After how many days I can get my Pay pal account ID? I have used credit card for activate my account but still I have not got my account ID.

 

your paypal ID is the email u use for signup

 

You email address (that you filled) is your account ID and it is instant does not take days

 

I have conformed all the data with pay pal but one, related to credit card conformations which will be four digit is still pending and I have not got any mail.

You will NOT get an email / mail from paypal for the credit card confirmation / expanded use number.

If you have online banking facility for the credit card, you can login and check the transaction detail - the 4 digit number will be visible there.

Otherwise, wait for the statement - and check the number there.

 

If I am not using my online banking facility for the credit card and not got yet my statement then? If any process that I can switch to it on my debit card?

 

Nope,u cannot verify your paypal with Indian Debit cards.

 

Then wait for your credit card statement to arrive or call your bank up a few days later and ask for the description.

Indian Debit Card cannot work with Paypal.

 

May be he don't have time to do this..

 

It is OK if I request paypal to send re-again code? If I do this I would have to pay money two times?

I had got today 4 digit code but yesterday when I was checked for code didn't received. So, I had requested to paypal send again code. I have deducted already some money by paypal for the requesting code. And now because I have demand to resend the code again, the old code is not being accepted by paypal. It has required new code which probably I will receive tomorrow. I want to know again I will be charged by Paypal for requesting new code?
