Some instant and very effective way. It's quite big, so I would prefer some way, for example chemicals or something like that Any ideas how to kill it?
You need to remove the limbs first then fell the tree then remove the stump. If you can't do it hire a tree surgeon to do it for you.
Get a chain saw and cut it down. If it's close to a building you will need someone that knows what they are doing.
It's tree or me cause I'm alergic on that tree, it dropping some wite small "floccules" and it causes cold, runny nose, alergic reaction, etc.... and living near it is like taking a poison before sleep
I'm hoping you haven't taken any of the advice as detailed above. McFox got half the idea - remove major branches, then use a chemical to kill the stump and roots (otherwise the roots, in theory, could regrow). I recommend a product such as Growing Success' Deep Root Tree Stump Killer, sold in all good stockists. Then you can dig the stump and roots out of the ground if need be. This isn't recommended if the tree is near a property though
get a chainsaw, & make a couple of good cuts, but not deep enough so that it will make the tree fall. After that, the termites will have easier access to it, or the tree will die due the cut minus the termites.
Hire tree removal company. Will cost you between 500-1500 depending on the size to get it removed if it too large for you. They know what they are doing, so no damage to your home will be done. You also won't have to come in contact with the tree at all either.
yea why don't you just hire a tree removal company? or get urself a chainsaw and a wood chipper if you wanna have some fun yourself!
you dont think it will work? Go to the hardware store and get some Then dilute it with water and feed it to a tree. I have destroyed a couple trees like that
You can also ring it- cut a circle through it's bark all the way around. That stops water getting from the roots up to the leaves, and sugar from the leaves down to the roots. It's like cutting an artery. The tree will still be there though, sounds like you want it removed.
