Hey We are looking to expand our freelance team and would like to take on another member. We have a number of clients waiting to give us there projects, but due to large demand we are not able to take on much more work. You must have the required skills, and be online often. Work is on project basis. PHP/XHTML/CSS Design - Layout design skills - Photoshop or fireworks is fine. Rate of pay - $7-10 per hour. Anything else is a bounus, but these are the minimum requirements we ask. Im not looking for anyone to do a one time project, this will be something that will be week in week out. I'd be up for this, but more in the range up the upper $20 an hour. Expecting someone to do all that for $7-10 is garbage. If you're still interested, check out my portfolio and PM me.
Like i said in my post, there are incentives and bounuses for good work, and deadlines. I think $7-10 is more than reasonable for a "online job" Thanks Martyn

If you have someone representing you, which is the case here, you want someone who knows what they're doing, and won't find that for $7-10. I've had to go fix things for clients time after time because they cheaped out hiring initially. Good luck!

Actually yes, there are. I know plenty of people who charge far more than $10 an hour and they still suck. Doesn't matter how much they charge - their portfolio speaks for itself and warrants their worth.
