Google Penalization Question

    Hi

MY website was penalized about 1 and a half months ago for content issues and dropped from 290 to outside the top 1000.I then corrected the content and then it slowly came back to 390 and has been sitting there within +- 50 results for about 4 weeks now.Is this normal? How long will it take to move down again.I have since added more quality content and it has even been given a page rank 3 from PR0?

    What should I do?

    Thanks

Maybe 4 weeks is not long enough. Keep updating the site and building quality backlinks.

yeah, remove all copyright content first, add your own content, and then later ask gogole to reconsider your site again.

The content is unique right? Otherwise you won't rank high, I'm sure you know that.

You will! Just keep building backlinks. Be patient, 4 weeks is nothing in the SEO world.

believe me write what ever you know about your niche it does not matter how you have written it , Only article should be unique because Google cached everything which he is not having in his database and they also catch that data which is already published and again republished on other adress which is harmful for ranking .

once google penalized you it is VERY hard to get back in the rankings again, that is why its very important to do things right the first time. play by the rules and youll be rewarded

I suggest you wait and meanwhile, build some backlinks.

Hopefully you will see your site rank improving in search results.

How did you know your site was penalized because of content issues? Did you get the email from google?

Your site was not penalised - otherwise it would never be back in 500 - you need to get several weighty links from trustworthy relevant websites. YOu will get your SERPs back.
