Common sense is the ads network, on the other hand you could have used a script that has a virus.

    http://www.stopbadware.org/home/security#identifying

You must sort it out otherwise your visitors may think you are up to no good..

    Good luck

EDIT: check to see if you have any iframes set with width="0" and height="0",
That can make the googlebot scared.

    Cheers

Do you have webmaster tools? If so does it say anything in there about it?
If you don't have it.. get it.

How can I find out if my site has been identified as a web site that hosts or distributes malicious software and what can I do if it has?

It could be because of other sites hosted on the same server (if you're on shared hosting).

Google is almost 100% accurate. If they say there's badware there, you should always assume that it's there and you need to find it.

Look at the "interstitial" page from your Google search results. There is a link to your site's report. It shows that badware is coming from at least two other domains.

Most likely, pages of your site contain links (which may be invisible) that pull the malicious code from those sites. You'd only see the links in the source code.

The interstitial page also has a link to StopBadware. Look up your site in their Clearinghouse database (try both www and non-www forms). And also in Google Webmaster Tools (as previously mentioned). You might see reports of which specific pages are infected, which will help a lot to track this code down, especially because your diagnostic page only shows some of your pages as infected, not all of them. Anything you can do to narrow down the list will give you clues to what's happening and where to look for the malicious code.

What is most likely happening is that your site got hacked, so there is something about it that is vulnerable to attack. Since you're using a shopping cart, that software is one possible suspect. Make sure you are using its latest version, and look up its security report at Secunia.com.

Also do that for other applications you use, if any, such as blogs, forums, etc.

Since there are ASP and MSSQL driven pages, maybe your site has been infected by the vulnerability that has hacked thousands of web sites lately all over the world.

It happened to a friend of mine also. His ASP/MSSQL site was infected by this hack and since then Google started showing exactly the same warning.
