BlogSpot domains flushed out of Google Search?

My blogspot blog is now starting to rank after being aged for 6 months for a competitive term

 

It happened with my blog as well 80% drop down traffic from Google(organic) Yesterday and today I received same amount of visits in just 6 hours .... seems like every thing is fine again....but big loss yesterday in adsense

 

NOW All my blogs are at Normal

Again 1st rank for keyword "adsense high paying keywords"
other blogs too are on there old position !

 

my blogspot is still there...must be a glitch on that day

 

back to normal again..!!!

 

May be it was a small test from Google , in order to check the search behavior when blogspots and low quality tld's are removed from the results, like do they come back to the search engine after visiting any searched website, time spent etc. The serps for blogspot are back though.

 

Well, it's now back to normal... no worries guys it ranking again.

 

I have a couple of .info domains that get steady organic search traffic and noticed the last 3 days they are getting the lowest traffic this month. So it appears that it happened over multiple days. I hope it goes back to normal.

 

I saw a question about Wordpress blogs. I run a Wordpress (script, not host)-based blog and I've seen my traffic (and ranking) increase in Google SERPS starting just a day or two ago. Google is doing something but hasn't seemed to affect (at least not my) Wordpress blog.

 

Traffic has been wayward since last couple of days, Maybe google has been doing some upgrades. Even Alexa ranks are changing, only 2 weeks after last change.

 

I think it would be nice if Google somewhat penalized the blogspot domains because people set up 400 of them just to get good Google rankings, I think it'd be nice if Google penalized these sites, they can because they own blogspot. Then benefit the people who have truly developed a site. However, I don't own a blogspot blog.

 

I hope it is better today for godmode.. This thing happen to me all the time... And it did to one of my sites yesterday.. Today it is back.. I have had this kind of thing go on for weeeks or even months..

I'm also facing that changes, one of my blogspot drop almost 50% traffic yesterday.

 

Yes this is true many ppl are facing the same i had a domain targeted towards latest cars but all pages lost in google i dont know why???

 

Maybe it happened because of the recent blogger update and affected those who were using the old blogger title tag modification?

but it might be due to google's changes too.

 

Yeah, we'll never know. Many of my rankings dropped in websites optimized with white hat only. No bad linking, no shady techniques. Simply dropped to 5% of the usual traffic. And many others reported similar stuff. You never know what google does, so having a few websites to diversify your earnings is a priority. At least for me.

I am totally agree with you Johnson. Every online marketer and webmaster should diversify his/her earnings. Totally depending on a single Online money making way and marketering methods is a big mistake.

Any big change can let the people out of business if the earning and marketing is not diversified.
