May be this will not a secret for some people.But i appreciate if they contribute to this thread and help me and people like me to understand this stuff better. First thing first, This will not be a secret more. Many guys are aware of web buzzing or social media sites or social bookmarking sites. Now,think like google admin, If you want to serve fresh and quality content to user what will you do? You will spider social bookmarking sites or daily updating authority blogs. Because they are community driven and you will get most useful content form it. Same things has been done by google bots they spider they track and most voted and most founded url on reputed SB sites or authority blogs given ranking instantly. Now the question is for what duration it will stay over there? Simple, as long as your page is creating buzz(some one is linking to you) it will stay there.long duration placement are only based on super content. Second you will ask, High competitive keyword can be manipulate by this method? Yes, but it will not a long duration placement for sure.less competitive and long tail keywords can easily get good placement in google. Example of keywords. Keyword:"Free online games" VS Keyword:"Free car racing games online" See when user search for long tail keywords most of the time he satisfy with SE results.here if I am searching free online game i am not cleared with my idea about what i wanna play. Say if i want to play car racing game and in resulted site there is no option for playing car game simply I will leave that site. and search again for "free car racing game online" here is the trick create a page with long tail keyword phrase, optimize it add a viral flavor to it then submit to relevant social bookmarking sites. First off, this is bunk. New sites can gain quick rankings in Google, but it's only temporary, and often referred to as the "honeymoon" period. Rankings will drop after a few weeks. Anything that promises quick permanent rankings is bad information. Bottom line: It takes time and effort to get permanent high rankings for competitive words/phrases.
May be this is bunk for you but its working for me,I never promise about long term placement for high competitive keywords but I had achieved success to maintain ranking for 3 months. Also what you say about "honeymoon" period google actually check bounce back ratio of that particular site and if it found better to comparative sites and the site is building backlinks, it will pretty stay there for longer time.
Again, bad information. If you're not talking about long-term placement for competitive words/phrases then it won't help anyone anyway. Regarding the "honeymoon period", that has nothing to do with it. New sites and fresh content can rank right away for a short time because Google gives a boost to fresh content. You do need to build inbound links, but most of the time it takes longer for that effect to be seen in rankings. Search engines also have aging factors where they won't allow newer sites to rank prominently for a while (after the initial boost).

Guys, this is matter of view. Let me explain you. Take two different keywords web hosting(Result pages 111,000,000) VS weight loss(Result pages 84,800,000) Both have strong completion but major webmaster has focused on web hosting keyword due to their liking and high lucrative market. If we refer keyword tools, there are more visitors for weight loss than web hosting. And it will take 1/10 efforts to rank good on weight loss keyword compare to web hosting. Here you must understand your customers, most webmaster hire freelancers to do their seo jobs. Those who guarantee ranking in limited periods are for layman customers.even I do this and succeed.I had worked on keyword "thermoforming machine" I achieve ranking top10 in just 7 days and its now 3 months site is there. WebGeek and some webmaster have a fixed view towards this issue.we must be innovative and try ethical things. I had shared my views but this is not wrong information at all. It is good to be criticized by lot of web masters it give me strength for doing more innovative things and be ahead of this fixed view people.
Give up for what? Do i had suggested any unethical SEO method, People those who hadn't try they will always say its wrong. I had shared my views on my experience. Try it and see results.
You're talking nonsense, "thermoforming machine", wow thats a competitive keyword... Anyone with any site with even a tiny amount of google trust can throw up a page with that as the page title and they're going to rank for it.
In SEO, there's no such thing as "instant rankings" esp with very competitive terms. It is gained thru hard-work and other factors
You can rank "instantly" if there is no competition. Otherwise the "high" period will be only for about 2 weeks
Gotta go with the crowd and agree with WebGeek as well on this one.. And ya gotta realize there are no gurantee's when it comes to SEO LOL...
