Are there many out there? The Click Bank one is a bit of a joke. You can make $0.99 when your referral makes $250 worth of sales. Forgive me if this sounds a little low to make it worth while.
Are program is on linkshare. So we don't have that option, i'm afraid. Some of the 3rd tier networks are pretty strong on 2nd tier.
paypopup.com will pay you 5 level referral bonus. That would be 20% of referral bonuses. Not bad. Another affiliate program (ppc network) with nice 2tier program you can find in my signature - 1st link. The best 2tier bonus is paid by adult programs. Some even 17% or even 250$ for every webmaster that makes 5 sales.
Take a look at all these affiliate networks. There is over 100 networks listed where many of them are 2 tier. All you have to look for in each listings review is the "Tier: 2" part or anything that is not "Tier: 1", means that it's 2 or more tiers. Hope that helps and good luck.

Any success with the PayPerPost program? I've had many referrals but no conversions to date. Also, for those promoting second tier networks; any success with referred affiliates?
