Scammer dafalla from Pune,India- took my script,not paid me, doing business + selling

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum.

Few days before I got a matrimonial site development project, that fraud service buyer request me to upload files on his server. I believed him because everyday he was calling me, and he is also from India (but not Indian), communicating withe me very well, whatever info he gave me I checked his url from whois database everything was okay.

He told me that he would use the script on www.tiredtobesingle.net, I designed a logo also, he also informed me that to give a link in footer page like Powered by dafhost (www.dafhost.com)- which was his portfolio site. Whatever content you can see now it was not there when I was working with him.

After telling him that I shall take legal action when I understood he will not pay, he replaced my script with some unrelated contents. Even everyday he uploads new script at tiredtobesingle.net. From who is database, I have came to know that this domain will be expired soon, he took it for 4/5 months.

Now, he has uploaded the script at www.matrisearch.net by changing some graphic design. You would see at the bottom that he has written Powered by Dafalla (www.alzaem.info)

If you click on Privacy Policy at www.matrisearch.net, you could still see the domain name tiredtobesingle.net.

You would see my name at www.matrisearch.net/matricss.css, I had written the same copyright info on each page so that he can't sell to others, I know he ever also tried to sell the script at getafreelancer.com

Could anybody suggest me how I can I proceed?

I have all email/chat conversations on my gmail account.

just contact him you can not do anything for him i have been scamed many times no one pay me.i only got paid from one guy try to be smooth with him till you get paid.then you can see what will happend.

Ouch, I'm sorry to hear that. I was in a similar boat. The guy is making a lot off my idea, but not a whole lot can be done especially when they are overseas in a country that doesn't enforce copyrights...Hope things work out for you.

you know, after defrauded with me he changed his mobile no. so that I can't call him. Really to cheat people like this can do anything.

Nice. So how is the case going? You can report him to the search engines, you know, permanently ban him, they take issues like this seriously, from what I heard

Give the guy a break. could be his intentions are good but he overreached his resources.

He did what he said he would for my wife's website, and all ok till he didn't pay hosting.

If you read this dafalla pls contact fifi or me as I still need source code for site.

No doubt both of you are on same boat.

Only my Lord knows how much effort I did for this, worked for more than 1 week including 3-4 full nights, I believe He must be with me.

 

he is not the single scammer man !!! you will see more in future keep your eyes open and get your self safe before you start the work.

 

report him scare him to death tell him u will take him to court that normally works cause they start to worry

 

its already 1 year old case now he is using another script may be have stolen from others. Checked few days back.

He should beg in our India instead of doing such mean behavior so that can earn till he finish his BCA (As he told me) from Pune University.

his relatives are from very well-cultured family, and money is not a problem for him. As I came to know he met with Sharukh Khan (Famous Bollywood actor) lol
